Shareholder derivative action. Plaintiff, a shareholder of Lockheed Martin Corp., alleges that defendants breached their fiduciary duties to plaintiff and abused the trust placed in them by virtue of their positions as officers and directors of Lockheed Martin by grossly mismanaging and wasting corporate assets. In particular, plaintiff alleges that defendants participated in a fraudulent scheme to issue and disseminate various misleading public and shareholder and investor reports and other communications.
