Remote school services, in more ways than one

MANHATTAN — Five parents of low-income New York City public school children claim in court that it was unconstitutional for both the state and the city to subject their children to lengthy bouts of remote learning during the coronavirus pandemic without free and reliable access to the internet and other educational services.
