Remote learning

MANHATTAN — The Second Circuit dismissed a lawsuit, brought by 104 parents or guardians of disabled children, claiming the shift from in-person learning to remote classes in 2020 deprived children in school districts across the nation of a free, appropriate public education. The plaintiffs did not exhaust their administrative remedies before suing.
