CHICAGO — A federal district court properly denied a Christian church and pastor’s request for a preliminary injunction against a Covid-19-related, 10-person limit on religious gatherings in Illinois, the Seventh Circuit ruled. Governor J.B. Pritzker “abandoned” the limit months ago, and the plaintiffs may seek another injunction if he issues a new order reimposing a similar limit.
