Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Staff Pro, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Flextronics America, in Manhattan Federal Court; Comcast and Lippincott Communication, in Gloucester County Court, N.J.; and SuperShuttle of Minnesota, in Hennepin County Court.
