A manager who is atheist claims Terminix exterminators fired him because he objected to its slogan, posted in offices, in training material and on paychecks: "Honor God in All We Do," in Broward County Court, Fort Lauderdale.
Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Staff Pro, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Flextronics America, in Manhattan Federal Court; Comcast and Lippincott Communication, in Gloucester County Court, N.J.; and SuperShuttle of Minnesota, in Hennepin County Court.
(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
