DENVER (CN) – A Polish refugee and U.S. citizen whose father was tortured by Nazis claims the Century Chevrolet dealer in Broomfield allowed its manager, a Nazi sympathizer, to harass him with Nazi propaganda, to display Nazi propaganda at work, and fired him for pretextual reasons after he complained of it. Boguslaw Gontar demands damages for discrimination and civil rights violations, in Denver County Court. He is represented by Paul Maxon of Boulder.
