Refugee Class Action

A class of East African refugees working for three defense contractors that help train U.S. Marines are treated worse than other workers, ridiculed, forced to perform janitorial tasks without pay and denied breaks, according to the refugees’ federal class action.

SAN DIEGO – A class of East African refugees working for three defense contractors that help train U.S. Marines are treated worse than other workers, ridiculed, forced to perform janitorial tasks without pay and denied breaks, according to the refugees’ federal class action.

Defendants include Bristol Bay Native Corp., Glacier Technical Solutions and Workforce Resources.
