The Second Circuit upheld a ruling against a female middle and high school basketball referee in Connecticut who says she was assigned to low-level, lower paying, games because of her gender. The referee failed to prove she was employed by the schools she refereed for.

MANHATTAN — The Second Circuit upheld a ruling against a female middle and high school basketball referee in Connecticut who says she was assigned to low-level, lower-paying games because of her gender. The referee failed to prove she was employed by the schools she refereed for.
