Redistricting

TOPEKA, Kan. — The Kansas Supreme Court denied the state’s request to dismiss suits challenging congressional redistricting maps, which plaintiffs claim are partisan and racial gerrymanders. The lower courts have not yet had the opportunity to rule on the cases.
