DENVER — The Colorado Supreme Court approved new congressional maps, finding the Colorado Redistricting Commission properly applied criteria set forth in the state’s Constitution, which prohibits the adoption of a redistricting plan that “dilutes the impact of a racial or language minority group’s electoral influence.”
