Recusal refusal

CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. — A federal judge in New York declined to recuse herself from the due process lawsuit filed by an attorney and his law office against the Nassau County District Court civil term clerk, who allegedly had a working relationship with the judge more than 30 years ago. The judge does not remember this former coworker and says her impartiality will not be impacted by this alleged relationship.
