Reckless plane towing

LAS VEGAS — Finding it failed to show a ground employee acted recklessly, a federal judge denied an Israeli airline’s claim that towing an aircraft without wing walkers was obviously dangerous in a tort suit stemming from an accident where a plane struck a light pole while being towed, causing over $2.7 million in damages.
