ROCHESTER, N.Y. (CN) - Atwood & James Ltd. and its operators, Michael Allan Kardonick and Gary Reich Shapoff, defrauded investors of more than $1 million in a foreign exchange scam they still are operating, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission claims in Federal Court. It claims both men failed to disclose their criminal fraud convictions, and swiped money from clients' accounts.
