OLYMPIA, Wash. — The Supreme Court of Washington upheld the dismissal of a fourth recall petition against Sheriff Adam Fortney, in which a woman claims he sent personal emails from his government account, improperly served on the board of a child advocacy center, and organized rallies where he didn't wear a mask in violation of the Governor Jay Inslee’s orders.
