Realtor Admits|He Paid for Kiddie Sex

SAN DIEGO (CN) - A 70-year-old San Diego Realtor pleaded guilty Thursday to federal charges of paying to have sex with a 13-year-old girl.

Michael E. Lustig could face up to 15 years in federal prison at his Nov. 3, sentencing, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.

Lustig was indicted by a federal grand jury in October 2013, after being arrested in June 2012. The arresting officers seized two cellphones which indicated he had been in touch with two young girls, according to the U.S. attorney.

Lustig also had sex with an 11-year-old girl, apparently, though that charge appears to have been dropped in his plea.

"One of the minors was 11 years old at the time that sexual activity began with Lustig, and the other was 13 years of age," the U.S. attorney said in the statement.

Lustig pleaded guilty to three counts of interstate travel in aid of a racketeering enterprise.
