Really Guilty

The Ninth Circuit <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/Ponzi-1.pdf"><strong>affirmed denial</strong></a> of habeas corpus to Gino Carlucci, who was sentenced to 5 years and 3 months for stealing “<strong><a href="https://www.courthousenews.com/five-years-for-stealing-from-ponzi-man/">large sums of money</a></strong>” in a Ponzi scheme, as the record conclusively shows that Carlucci is not entitled to relief.

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit affirmed denial of habeas corpus to Gino Carlucci, who was sentenced to five years and three months in prison for stealing “largesums of money” in a Ponzi scheme.
