A class action in Sacramento Superior Court accuses U.S. Home Corp. of building 386 defective houses.

Ninety-five plaintiffs claim they were sold defective homes in the Northgate development in Vallejo. Defendants in three claims in Solano County Court include Presley Homes and William Lyon Homes (28 plaintiffs), Kaufman & Broad (30 plaintiffs), and Warmington Vallejo Associated (37 plaintiffs).
