Twenty-five couples claim The Ridges at Morgan Creek took more than $20 million for a 500-home subdivision that it never built, in McDowell County Court, N.C.
Also sued in the Ridges at Morgan Creek case are Wachovia Bank, Bank of America, Branch Banking & Trust, United Community Bank, First Charter Bank, Flagstar Bank, and several individuals.
