SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit revived ThePLS.com’s antitrust suit alleging competitors in the real estate network services market conspired to block it from “gaining a foothold.” The court ruled PLS adequately alleged that the National Association of Realtors’ “clear cooperation policy” was an “unreasonable restraint of trade.”
