La Estancia sued the National Bank of Arizona for bad faith and fraud, claiming a "mystery appraisal" reduced the value of plaintiff's master planned community from $32 million to $17 million in one year, leading National to demand immediate repayment of a $9.3 million note and threaten foreclosure, in Pima County Court, Tucson.
