Rare Cactus

WASHINGTON – The National Park Service refuses to do its nondiscretionary duty to protect two rare cacti – Sclerocactus wrightiae and Pediocactus winkleri – from cattle grazing in Capitol Reef National Park, the Western Watershed Project claims in Federal Court.
