WASHINGTON (CN) - Ralph Nader, who is widely accused of handing the presidency to George W. Bush by siphoning off Democratic votes in the 2000 campaign, now claims The Democratic National Committee and the Kerry-Edwards campaign conspired to bankrupt his 2004 presidential campaign by filing baseless litigation "to harass, obstruct and drain his campaign of resources, deny him ballot access and effectively prevent him from running for public office."
Nader and his former running mate Peter Camejo demand punitive damages, in Federal Court.
