MIAMI (CN) - A Radisson Miami Hotel employee agreed to help a legally blind man cross the street, and then told the man the street was clear when it wasn't, causing him to get hit by a car and suffer severe injuries, Dale Maniscalco claims in Miami-Dade County Court.
Maniscalco claims he suffered a slew of injuries, including five broken toes, two cracked ribs, a severe shoulder injury and disfigurement.
He wants Driftwood Hospitality Management dba Radisson Miami Hotel Downtown to reimburse him for his past and future medical expenses.
