Radio Host Sues Council On Islamic Relations

SAN FRANCISCO (CN) - Michael Savage, host of "The Savage Nation," claims The Council on American-Islamic Relations violated copyright by posting segments of his show on its Web site to "to disseminate propaganda on behalf of foreign interests that are opposed to the continued existence of the United States of America as a free nation." Savage demands punitive damages for copyright violations, and claims the Council altered or omitted statements to distort his remarks. See complaint.
