Radio Exec Says 3 Stole His Script

MINEOLA, N.Y. (CN) - Radio host and executive Bob Law claims three people at Black Waxx Multi Media swiped his screenplay, made a DVD out of it and used his name to promote it, all without his permission.

Law describes himself as "a well known black radio host and personality" and says he was vice president of WWRL Radio for three years and was "Director of WWRL in the 70's and 80's."

He claims Black Waxx, of Jersey City, misappropriated his screenplay, "Disappearing Voices," made a multimedia DVD of it and sold it, using his name, all without his permission.

Law sued Tylon Washington aka "Savior," of Brooklyn, allegedly "the principle" of Black Waxx.

He also sued Black Waxx employee Iyanna Jones aka "Nana Soul," and Shawna Glover, allegedly the COO of Black Waxx.

Law demands more than $1 million for misappropriation and unjust enrichment. He is represented in Nassau County Court by Lauren Raysor of New York City.
