Racist flight cancellation?

NEW ORLEANS — The Fifth Circuit reversed a ruling in favor of an airline that was sued by passengers whose flight was cancelled because a flight attendant alerted the crew to her concerns over “Arab-looking” passengers, U.S. citizens who had agreed to help in an emergency because he was a frequent flyer who knew the exit row instructions. Conversations in evidence showed the suing passengers’ race was a significant factor in the cancellation.
