Racist Cop Searched Wrong Guy, Agent Says

PORTLAND, ORE. (CN) - A City of Tillamook police officer racially discriminated against a black man by following him from one bar to another to search him, the man claims in Federal Court. Plaintiff David Taylor says he was on undercover assignment for the Oregon Liquor Control Commission when the officer violated his rights. He wants punitive damages.

Taylor is represented by Gregory Kafoury.
