Racial Harassment Rampant, Workers Say

BIRMINGHAM, ALA. (CN) - Plastech Engineered Products harassed, demeaned, insulted and racially discriminated against black workers and fired them if they complained, 42 named plaintiffs say in a federal class action. The sole white plaintiff says he was fired after objecting to the racial harassment and discrimination, and told, "If you are going to act like a n r, you will be treated like one."
