Racetrack To Pay Higher Damages In Labor Case

ATLANTA (CN) - The 11th Circuit remanded a greyhound racetrack employee's labor lawsuit accusing Sanford-Orlando Kennel Club and CCC Racing of failing to pay overtime. The court remanded for a judgment that includes liquidated damages, saying the jury could have reasonably found that defendants acted willfully. See ruling.
