DALLAS (CN) - Another attorney claims Dallas County District Attorney Craig Watkins, who is black, fired him because he is white, to give his job to a less qualified black replacement. Arey, who had 32 years with the Dallas DA's office, was chief of the juvenile divisionwhen Watkins fired him.
