BROOKLYN - A rabbi claims on behalf of the Chabad-Lubavitcher Chasidic Community that Chaim Yehuda Krinsky, chauffeur of the late Lubavitcher Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, took over co-defendant Merkos L'Inyonei Chinuch Inc. and used it to violate copyright on Schneerson's works, to the tune of $22 million.
