Quarrel Over William Donovan Award

MANHATTAN (CN) - The OSS Society wants The Pilgrims Foundation enjoined from awarding a William J. Donovan award. In its federal complaint, the society says it's trademarked the award named after "Wild Bill" Donovan, the World War II-era leader of the predecessor of the CIA. The Pilgrims planned to give their Donovan award this week to Mike McConnell, former director of the National Security Agency.
