Quarrel Over Costs of Humvee Armor

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (CN) - AM General, which sells armored Humvees to the Pentagon, demands that BAE Systems reveal price data, because Uncle Sam is threatening to reduce payments to AM by "tens of millions of dollars." AM says "the government [has] concluded that BAE submitted defective and/or excessive cost or pricing data for its 2008 armor prices.

AM General is represented in St. Joseph County Court by John LaDue.
