Qatar Islamic Bank Tricked Him, Man Says

CHICAGO (CN) - Khaled Shair demands $7 million from the Qatar Islamic Bank, claiming it talked him into quitting his job as managing director of Founders Group and CEO of Interbanx Southwest to organize and become CEO of a commercial bank to be called "U.S. Finance House," that was to operate on "Islamic banking principles." He claims the defendants abandoned the project after he worked on it for two years, and owe him lots of money.
