Purdue Complaints Are Privileged, Court Rules

INDIANAPOLIS (CN) - A former assistant professor at Purdue University may not use the sexual harassment complaints of two female graduate students as the basis for a lawsuit accusing the women of conspiring to smear his reputation, the Indiana Supreme Court ruled. The justices held that the students' complaints against Dr. Gabe Keri are privileged documents.
