Pull the Other One, French Market Says

NEW ORLEANS (CN) - You cannot be serious, New Orleans' French Market Corp. told the American Coffee Co., which demanded the New Orleans landmark cease and desist using the term "French Market." The French Market has five of its own trademarks, leases space in the French Market District, and is an enterprise fund of the City of New Orleans. It says the coffee company's first cease and desist letter in January was one too many.
