VISTA, Calif. (CN) - Kids First Foundation, which runs "adolescent residential treatment facilities," fired an employee ostensibly because she failed to give a kid a Band-Aid, but actually because she responded truthfully to a state inspector's questions about understaffing, use of restraints on residents and other safety issues, she claims in Superior Court.
