Publisher Demands $1 Million From Don Imus & CBS Radio

MANHATTAN (CN) - Flatsigned Press demands $1 million from Don Imus, Infinity Broadcasting Corp. (WFAN-AM) and CBS Radio, alleging breach of an advertising agreement. It claims in New York County Court that Imus failed to read properly its paid ad for a book about Gerald Ford. Imus allegedly called the ad "cheesy" and said, "These bastards have been waiting for [Ford] to croak so that they can unload [these books]."
