HAMMOND, Ind. - A girl claims that after Crown Point School Corp. learned that her teacher, co-defendant Crown Point H.S. teacher Brett Crutchfield, had been sexually preying upon her, the principal told her "that the school could not protect her safety and well-being and requested that (she) withdraw from the school," in Federal Court.
