Public reprimand

ATLANTA — The Georgia Supreme Court accepted a consent agreement between the Judicial Qualifications Commission and Atlanta Municipal Court Judge JaDawnya Baker and agreed to issue a public reprimand to resolve charges against the judge relating to her “periodically dismissing cases without the legal authority to do so.”
