CONCORD, N.H. — The New Hampshire Supreme Court upheld an order finding a criminal defendant violated his probation conditions and the stalking protection order issued against him because he contacted his victim on social media. He maintains that he made threatening public Facebook posts that were intended for his victim and her family to see, but did not directly name them. The court finds this form of indirect contact constitutes a violation of the orders.
