CINCINNATI —The Sixth Circuit upheld the denial of a former Hamilton County Juvenile Court judge’s petition for writ of habeas corpus. Tracie Hunter, who was convicted of having an unlawful interest in her brother’s employment contract, claimed a prosecutor’s remarks at trial were “inconsistent with due process,” but she failed to prove she was entitled to relief.
