Psychic Took Her For $22,800, Woman Says

CLEVELAND (CN) - A woman claims Elaine's Astrology and its owner conned her out of $22,834 by claiming that their "clairvoyant psychic" service "works every time." She claims Dorothy Miller aka Dorothy Zeleznik took $5,000 to help her with a personal problem, then took the rest by threatening that "the spirit of her loved one would die" if she stopped paying.

The plaintiff is represented in Cuyahoga County Court by Harvey Kugelman.
