Protesters Say They Were Illegally Muzzled

ALBUQUERQUE (CN) - Acting as toadies of the Bush administration, the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office and Albuquerque Police Department unconstitutionally forced peaceful demonstrators to assemble at a site where the presidential motorcade could not see them, but could see pro-Bush demonstrators when Bush came to town on Aug. 27, 2007, nine individuals and three organizations claim in Federal Court. See complaint.
