Pepper-sprayed protesters

BOSTON (CN) — A federal judge in Massachusetts declines to dismiss protesters’ unreasonable force and First Amendment claims against police who pepper sprayed and assaulted them at protests of George Floyd’s murder. The cops did not provide alternative motives for why they used force and could not claim to not know why the protesters were there.
