LOUISVILLE, KY. (CN) - Fox 41 News defamed an assistant state's attorney by claiming he had been busted for drunk driving, broadcasting his photo repeatedly and denouncing him as a hypocrite - but it was another guy - Jason Moore claims in Jefferson County Court. Moore says the TV station left the defamatory story posted on its Web site for two weeks after it was forced to retract it.
Moore also sued the station's corporate parent, Independence Television Co.
