<span style="font-weight: 400;">A federal court in Maryland <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/propertydevelopment.pdf"><strong>ruled</strong></a> that most of a property developer’s claims against certain elected members of the Maryland House of Delegates may continue. The developer and other plaintiffs claim the delegates conspired with Hartford county to “thwart” a development project because “most of the prospective homebuyers are Muslim.”  </span>

HARFORD COUNTY, Md. – A federal court in Maryland ruled that most of a property developer’s claims against certain elected members of the Maryland House of Delegates may continue. The developer and other plaintiffs claim the delegates conspired with Hartford county to “thwart” a development project because “most of the prospective homebuyers are Muslim.”
