SAN DIEGO – The mother of a transgender teen who killed himself after staff at Rady Children’s Hospital repeatedly used the wrong pronoun while treating the teen for depression and suicide ideation can pursue a raft of claims against the hospital, a federal judge ruled Wednesday.
