DENVER — A Black Circle K customer may sue the company after she was harassed by white customers while trying to upload cash onto her prepaid debit card. The store clerk said her attempted transaction was fraudulent after customers called her a drug dealer and said she “lives in the hood,” which plausibly supports her claim that the denial of her transaction was racially motivated.
