LOS ANGELES (CN) - A production worker accused Henry Cusick, who played Desmond Hume on the TV series "Lost," of sexually battering her on the set. And she says the show's assistant director Norman Kali fired her 12 days after she reported it.
Chelsea Stone claims in Superior Court that Cusick "placed his hand on plaintiff's buttocks. Cusick then began to caress the back of plaintiff's body while making moaning sounds. Cusick then placed his face on top of plaintiff's breasts, moving his face from side to side. Cusick then squeezed Plaintiff's breasts with his hands. Cusick further kissed Plaintiff on the mouth."
Stone says she repeatedly told Cusick to stop.
Stone says she worked for co-defendants ABC Entertainment and Grass Skirt Productions for 10 years before they fired her.
She demands damages, costs and lost wages. She is represented by Jonathan Ritter.
